Payment

You can either pay by invoice if you have a Danitech account, or you can choose from a number of different payment options if you do not have an account.

With an account:

With a Danitech account, you pay by invoice. By default, payment by invoice must be made within 30 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed. Your payment terms are written on your order confirmation.

Without an account:

Without a Danitech account, you have the option of paying for your online orders with Dankort, Visa and Mastercard. You choose your preferred payment method at checkout.

If you wish to change your form of payment from card payment to invoice payment, this is based on an assessment of your purchasing potential and is subject to a credit assessment. Please contact our customer service for further information.

Yes, you can, but it requires a Danitech account. The reason for this is because we have to comply with certain export rules and import conditions, such as customs. In addition, the goods typically also have to be transported in other ways, e.g. by train, container ship or plane.

We sell our products to the whole world, especially our customized hydraulic, powertrain and machine control solutions.

If you need to have your products delivered in Denmark, we primarily use Postnord for standard delivery and Brink Transport for express delivery.

If your products are to be delivered in an EU country (apart from Denmark), we use GLS for standard delivery and DHL for express delivery.

Return

  1. Goods can only be returned after prior agreement - ie. you must call Danitech beforehand.
  2. During the telephone conversation, Danitech provides a return number, which you must apply to the product BEFORE returning it.
  3. A copy of the purchase invoice is attached - this shows the date of purchase and the price that must be used for any crediting. This ensures correct treatment.
  4. The goods must be unused and in undamaged condition.
  5. Returns must be made no later than 1 month after receipt. If this happens later, Danitech reserves the right to a reduction in the amount credited. Any return due to the customer's incorrect order is subject to a return handling fee of 15% of the price. However, the fee is min. DKK 100.
  6. Specially procured goods and goods that the customer has painted in a non-original color cannot be returned.
  7. NOTE: In situations where goods are sent to Danitech WITHOUT prior agreement, this can result in significantly longer processing times. In the worst case, the item will simply be returned to you, postage-paid, without processing.

  1. Download the complaint form. You will find the form further down on this page.
  2. The complaint form must be filled in thoroughly with a description of the fault and the other fields indicated. The form contains the information necessary for processing the case at Danitech.
  3. The completed complaint form is attached to the complaint item(s) and sent to Danitech.
  4. If a complaint is rejected, an invoice will be sent to the customer for the costs Danitech has incurred in connection with processing the complaint.
  5. In situations where the item(s) is forwarded to Danitech without a correctly completed complaint form, it may result in significantly longer processing times, or in the worst case, rejection of the complaint.

At this time, you can request an account by pressing the "Request an Account" button in the menu bar at the top of the page. In addition, you can create an account on the "Information" page at checkout when you shop at Danitech for the first time.

Shop as company outside the EU

With the Danitech account, you will be able to shop online and get specially developed components and machine systems, even if your company is not from an EU country.

Priority customer service

You get priority support from our skilled team of technical professionals.

If you have a CVR/VAT number, you can create a Danitech account. Regardless of whether your company is Danish, Swedish, from an EU country, or from a non-EU country, such as Australia or Canada.

You cannot create an account or trade with Danitech if your company is subject to EU sanctions.
