In the form, you'll be required to fill in relevant company details such as the company name, address, VAT number, and billing email. Additionally, we'll need your personal contact information to ensure there is a designated point of contact associated with the company.

You may also specify whether you prefer to be contacted directly by a member of our sales team.

Once you've submitted your information, our team will carefully review and assess it before finalizing the registration of your company as a customer. Subsequently, we'll dispatch login credentials to access our customer portal.

With a Danitech account, you primarily get an easy way to order and reorder standard machine components and accessories online.

Additionally, you can:

View your orders online

Get an overview of your open orders and order history.

View your invoices online

Get an overview of your new invoices, whether they have been paid or not, and your invoice history.

View your special prices online

With a Danitech account, you get special prices, such as volume discounts and single-piece discounts on products. In the online shop, you will be able to see your special prices and how much you save.

You receive prioritized support from our skilled team of technical professionals.

To create a Danitech account, you need to have a CVR or VAT number. If your company is registered in another EU country than Denmark, your company must also be approved to import goods VAT-free from other EU countries. If your VAT number is not registered for VAT-free import within the EU, you need to apply for it with your local tax authorities.

If your company is registered in a country outside the EU, we will assess the creation of a customer account in relation to a longer-term strategic collaboration.

You cannot create an account or trade with Danitech if your company is subject to EU sanctions.
