Biogas is a clean, renewable energy source that has become more important in recent years as we try to reduce our dependence on fossil fuels and combat climate change.

One of the key components in the production of biogas is the decomposition process. Biogas is formed when liquid biomass (primarily liquid animal manure) is broken down by bacteria in an oxygen-poor environment.
